Can I cancel or modify my order after I've placed it?

We always try and get your order delivered to you as soon as possible. As such we are not able to accept cancellation or change requests after you have placed your order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item(s) are received by our warehouse team please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be issued.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet

Check your tracking details to see if the delivery date was changed by the carrier. If the status shows delivered please wait 24 hours as there are sometimes delays with delivery timeline.

If after 24 hours you still did not receive your order, please contact us here so we can help track down your order.

Can I track the delivery of my order

The tracking number for your order can be found in your shipment confirmation email. If you have lost or did not receive this email, you can use the chat feature on the website to track your order.

What if I want a product shipped outside of the US or Canada

Currently we only ship to addresses and PO boxes in Canada and the United States.
